Brett Lee and Kody Dunn are the co-owners of NiceLeeDunn Catering. The two have a chemistry of expertise, Making their partnership the perfect recipe. Brett's culinary abilities and Kody's management experience distinguishes them within the catering industry.

Brett Lee began his career as a student at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona Under the guidance of executive chefs, Brett studied the elite are of classical French techniques combined with innovative American technology. Upon graduation, Brett was invited to Glacier National Park where he was sous chef for Lake Mcdonald Lodge. Longing to be back in Utah, Brett moved and became the manager of a local restaurant in Nephi. Over the last year, he has been collaborating with Kody Dunn to create and launch NiceLeeDunn Catering.

Kody Dunn noticed his interest in catering upon managing Magleby's Grill and Oyster Bar in Provo, Utah His eagerness led him to Brown Brothers Catering where Kody became instrumental behind the scenes. He worked as a server and parlayed his experience into sales. Wanting to learn even more , Kody became the event coordinator for Brown Brothers. When Brett returned to Utah, the two knew they had the combined training and skills to launch NiceLeeDunn Catering. Their mission is to provide outstanding service and flawless catering.
